Currently we are taking special orders either in person or over the phone on 703-360-5363. If you call over the phone please have the items and their stock numbers handy. Let’s face it asking an E&E Gnome to look this stuff up is just asking for problems! J

Special Orders do not require pre-payment* and you can pick them up at the store. We do not provide mail order, this is our Carry-Out service!

DA RULZ:

1. It can take awhile for special orders to come in. Please be patient but feel free to ask if you’re concerned.

2. Some orders may be partially filled. This means there may be backorders and it can take awhile for those to come in. If you don’t want backordered product please ask for it to be cancelled.

3. Eagle and Empire will hold product for up to two weeks. If you need us to hold it longer, please make arraignments with Doug Ray BEFORE ORDERING.

4. *Some larger orders may require some payment or payment in full. This will apply especially if you’ve never ordered from E&E before and your first order is a large one.
